Interested in helping guide first responders into their next chapter? Join the On Call Project Mentor Circle! We are seeking volunteers that are willing to work on a one-on-one basis with first responders in the Project.
The Volunteer Mentor Circle is comprised of two different influential abilities:
Prior First Responder
A Prior First Responder who has exited their respected department/agency and is successfully engaged/employed within the private sector.
Private Resources
Designated internal personnel from an OCP partner organization who specialize in human resources, operations, or personnel development, and operate under the terms of the OCP partner agreement.
The specified mentors will coach and influence the members as they enter the project. The Mentors are expected to continue this action as the Members travel throughout the Project until Graduation.
All Mentors will be approved by the Board of Directors prior to entering into the MC.
